Meet the CLAP family, which brings grace and minimalism among B&T’s new designs to the outdoors! Using suitable materials for outdoor conditions by preserving the same design language, B&T reshapes its unique forms and the authentic lifestyle that it has created, and its new designs erase the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors.
Combining its high and curved back, which allows for a comfortable sitting position, with its simple design approach emphasizing lightness, the Clap family enables us to indefinitely enjoy the outdoors.
The Clap family includes single, two-seat, and three-seat sofa models, each of them matching harmoniously and perfectly adapting to different outdoor uses such as terraces, gardens, verandas, and the outdoors of restaurants and hotels, while they smooth over the transition between the indoors and outdoors. It provides a comfortable sitting area with its cushions supporting the back and the seating position.
The Clap family enables customization of its breathing, UV-protected, waterproof fabrics with the application of each color in the B&T color chart which is completely suitable for outdoor use. With its design matching its aluminum arms and legs, the Clap family allows for creating a comfortable sitting area that does not restrict any movement thanks to both its comfort and lightness.
The Clap collection is crafted on a made-to-order basis with a lead time of 10-12 weeks.

- For most NUANS seating, Customer’s Own Material (COM) and Customer’s Own Leather (COL) are accepted. Refer to the ‘specs’ tab or our product booklets for detailed yardage information.
- All COM/COL materials should be shipped directly to the NUANS Warehouse for processing.
Alp Nuhoglu (1965),
has completed his academic education in Mimar Sinan University, at the department of Industrial Products Designing. By 1988 he has found the furniture design firm DOR. Alp has been working at B&T from 2000, as one of the designers and as the design director.
